Rental fees

Weekdays: 70 euros (until 5 pm Friday)
Friday from 5 pm: 110 euros
Saturday/Sunday/holiday: 110 euros per day

The fee is for one occasion. Online booking, please place your reservation well in advance. Choose the hours you need that particular day. On Fridays and Saturdays Elvan cannot be booked after 9 PM (21.00). If you are planning a bigger event or party, please contact us first for further information. See instructions and rules below.

The door is opened electronically: press the white button and we will answer. If there is no answer from the first button, press the next button.

Please clean the club room after using it. Check what needs to be done according to the list in the club room. Inadequate cleaning will result in an extra charge of 20–50 €.

Maximum number of persons allowed on the premises is 35.

The Housing Company of Rådhusgatan 8 requires all guests to refrain from causing any noise or disturbance after 22.00. Guests are required to leave the premises by midnight, 00.00, at the latest.
